BUILDING 8

Building 8, Central Park, is a four-level office building constructed as the new “gateway” building to Goodman’s Central Park Corporate Centre. The building comprises three 2,000m² floor plate office floors over ground floor retail and parking. The building core is set outside the main structural grid, giving potential for large, single tenants per floor with non-constricted footplates. Continuous frameless strip glazing further facilitates an expression of airy openness to the office interiors. Construction was completed within the programme and budget. Tse Architects’ interior designers were also the principal consultants for two of the tenancy fit-outs to Building 8.
